Nous cherchons des solutions et <\/span><span style=\"color:#606060;font-size:medium;\">non des probl\u00e8mes. La  &raquo;gr\u00e8ve &raquo; pour notre syndicat comme le &raquo;lockout &raquo; pour l&#8217;employeur est le dernier recours utilis\u00e9 en cas de <\/span><span style=\"color:#606060;font-size:medium;\">conflit inconciliable.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color:#606060;font-size:medium;\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;AIMTA\u00a0 99% des conventions collectives sont conclues dans l&rsquo;entente et le respect.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\"><span style=\"color:#606060;font-size:medium;\">La majorit\u00e9 de nos formations en Estrie\u00a0sont offertes de concert avec le Conseil R\u00e9gional FTQ Estrie.<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<div align=\"center\"><span style=\"color:#606060;font-size:medium;\">Ces formations sont sanctionn\u00e9es par la FTQ et chaque formateur re\u00e7oit une certification apr\u00e8s un cours en  &raquo;enseignement <\/span><span style=\"color:#606060;font-size:medium;\">p\u00e9dagogique &raquo;
